Youth Healing &Growth Program

The Youth Healing and Growth Program identifies female adolescents who have experienced, or are experiencing, trauma through community outreach to heal and develop the skills and confidence to thrive in their personal, academic and professional lives. The program’s curriculum is divided into four key learning objectives that address the various stages of healing and growth for the participant. Each learning objective is led and delivered by subject matter experts and professionals with experience related to the learning objective. The learning objectives include: identify and process trauma, academic coaching, career readiness preparation, advocacy coaching, and mentorship relationships. Participants take part in field trips related to the learning objective they are covering that month.
